Jury Duty & Witness Leave

Upon receipt of notification from the state or federal courts of an obligation to serve on a jury, employees must notify their su­pervisor and provide them with a copy of the jury summons.

Employees required to perform jury duty may do so without charge to PTO and without loss of pay or benefits. If an employ­ee reports for jury duty and is released, the employee is expect­ed to return to work for the remainder of the day if there are four or more hours left in the scheduled workday.
